The strap was dispatched and DHL attempted delivery, but the parcel was not accepted and came back to us unopened — so this review does not reflect the product itself, which was never opened or used. The return was requested because a different size had been ordered than intended; the item we supplied was correct and not faulty.

On the refund: you raised a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank, and it was resolved in your favour — the £54 has been returned to you in full by your bank. We were not able to issue a second refund on top of that, as it would mean being paid twice for the same order.
