We are looking for a new team member to work with us at the showroom of our watch accessory brand, Accurate Form.

The showroom is located in a quiet residential area of Minami-Aoyama, near the Nezu Museum, in the same building as Curious Curio.

This is not a typical apparel sales position. We are looking for a "watch strap specialist (advisor)" who breathes new life into historic timepieces.
As we run two showrooms, we want to keep building better stores and offering high-quality service to our customers. We look forward to hearing from people who want to work toward this together with us.

◆Employment type: Full-time (regular employee)

◆Eligibility: 35 years old or younger
*Exception under Item 3(a) (to recruit and hire young people under employment contracts with no fixed term, with a view to long-term career development)

◆Job description
・In-store sales and customer service for watch straps
・Taking custom strap orders
・Simple making and finishing of leather straps (no special skills required)
・Planning new products
・Website operation and management
・Shipping
・Other office work and general store operations

◆Who we are looking for
・People interested in watches and fashion who enjoy talking with others
・People who love making things (manual dexterity is a plus)
・People who want to gain specialized knowledge and skills
・People who want to try communicating in English, such as serving international visitors and handling emails (not required)
・Basic computer skills
*No experience required (we value potential).

◆Salary
From 280,000 yen per month
*6-month probation period at 280,000 yen per month
*Final salary is decided after the probation period, taking experience and ability into account

◆Working hours
5 days a week, 11:00–20:00 (8 working hours, 1-hour break)
Regular days off: Monday and Tuesday

A final screening may be held, if necessary, for applicants who pass the interview. (We generally plan one or two interviews.)

◆Successful applicants
There is a 6-month probation period.
After the probation period, you will be formally hired as a regular employee.
